**Business White 卡真的免費嗎？**

是的。Business White 沒有月費或年費，實體卡不收費，並包含 2 張虛擬卡。你只需支付比較表中按使用計算的費用：例如外幣簽賬收取 2.50%；若以信用模式用卡，則適用 White 一欄所列的年利率（APR）以及現金透支、逾期還款和超額費用。

**Limited 靠甚麼賺錢？**

Silver 和 Gold 會籍費（每年 $99.99 和 $449.99，或按月收費）、比較表中的使用費（外幣交易、現金透支、逾期與超額費用、補卡費）、信貸額結欠的利息，以及部分轉賬和付款渠道的手續費或匯率加價。每項費用和加價都會在你確認交易前顯示於報價中。

**貨幣兌換和外幣交易的費用是多少？**

卡簽賬的外幣交易費按等級而定：Business White 為 2.50%，Silver 為 1%，Gold 為 0%。轉賬和兌換（包括穩定幣兌換）的任何加價已包含在報價匯率內，報價會在確認前列出完整的費用明細。匯款業務中，報價匯率自你發起轉賬起鎖定 96 小時。

**卡的簽賬限額是多少？**

每個等級都有內置限額。Business White：每筆 $5,000、每日 $10,000、每月 $50,000。Silver：$10,000、$25,000、$100,000。Gold：$50,000、$100,000、$500,000。你可以按卡、持卡人或部門設定更低的限額，並隨時在應用程式內更改。

**可以升級、降級或取消嗎？**

可以。建立卡片時選擇 White、Silver 或 Gold，之後可在應用程式內更換等級；月中更換會按當月剩餘日數按比例收費，下一次收費在下月 1 日。會籍費以美元按月或按年收取，可隨時在賬戶設定中取消，已繳付的週期不設退款。任何一張卡都可以即時凍結或取消。

**我可以在哪些國家開設本地賬戶？**

美國（USD）、歐盟（EUR）、英國（GBP）、墨西哥（MXN）和巴西（BRL）等，全部以你公司的名義開立，無需設立本地實體。在「收款」頁面選擇國家和貨幣即可啟用每個賬戶；部分賬戶在啟用前需經過簡短審核。

**我的資金由誰保管？是否受保障？**

Limited 不是銀行。美元結餘存放於受 FDIC 保險的合作銀行；FDIC 保險在合作銀行倒閉時保障你，而非在 Limited 倒閉時。穩定幣結餘以及美國以外的本地貨幣賬戶不受 FDIC 保險。啟用賬戶時，你可以選擇收款如何入賬，例如以 USD 或 USDC 入賬。

**開戶需要多長時間？**

完成企業設定和開戶不用 10 分鐘。以電話號碼和電郵註冊，驗證賬戶持有人的身份，然後提交公司資料和文件；驗證通過後企業檔案即啟用。全部流程在網頁應用程式內完成，無需郵寄文件，也無需親身到分行。

**開戶或申請卡片需要美國公司嗎？**

不需要。註冊時選擇你所在的國家，並驗證你現有的公司即可，無需美國實體。其他市場的本地賬戶同樣無需本地實體。

**櫃員機提款有手續費嗎？**

Business Gold 豁免 Limited 自身的櫃員機手續費。其他等級適用應用程式內收費表所列的櫃員機手續費，櫃員機營運商亦可能另行收費。你可以按卡允許或禁止櫃員機提款。
