Which business cards are there and what do they cost?

Can I get virtual and physical cards?

Yes. Virtual cards are ready the moment you create them; physical cards ship to your billing address, your company’s legal address or any address you enter. The number of virtual cards included depends on the tier.

Can I issue cards to employees and departments?

Yes. When you create a card you choose the cardholder — yourself, a team member or a department — and set an optional spending limit. Team members, departments and roles are managed from the Management section of the dashboard.

What spending controls are available?

Per-transaction, daily, weekly and monthly limits; allow or block specific merchants and categories; restrict use by country or region; enable or disable online, contactless, magnetic-stripe, ATM and recurring payments; lock a card to a single merchant; and freeze or unfreeze instantly.

Are the cards debit or credit?

Either. Every card runs in Debit mode (spending your available balance) or Credit mode (spending your allocated credit line), and you can switch modes from the card settings at any time.

What happens when an employee pays in a foreign currency?

The foreign transaction fee depends on the card tier. The current rate for White, Silver and Gold is listed in the Fees & Charges section of the pricing page.

What if a card is lost or stolen?

Freeze it instantly from the app, or report it stolen: the card is permanently deactivated and a replacement ships to the address on your account. Your liability for unauthorised transactions is limited under applicable law when you notify us promptly.

Do business cards earn rewards?

Yes. Each tier earns cashback on all spend plus bonus points in selected categories, and you redeem points from the Points & Rewards section. Rates per tier are on the pricing page.
