Terms and conditions governing the use of Limited card products.
Card Agreement
This Card Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Limited debit cards ("Card" or "Cards") issued in connection with your demand deposit account. By activating, signing, or using your Card, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Your Card is linked to your Cross River Bank demand deposit account, which is subject to the Cross River Bank Demand Deposit Account Agreement. Please review that agreement for complete terms regarding your account.
Card Issuance and Activation
Cards are issued by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, and are made available through the Limited platform. To use your Card, you must:
- Have an active Limited account in good standing
- Complete identity verification as required by federal law
- Activate your Card through the Limited App
- Maintain a positive Available Balance in your linked account
Using Your Card
Your Card may be used to make purchases at merchants that accept Visa or Mastercard (as applicable) and to withdraw cash at ATMs. All transactions are subject to your Available Balance and any limits established by Limited or Cross River Bank.
You agree that:
- You will not use the Card for any unlawful purpose
- You will maintain sufficient funds in your account for all transactions
- You are responsible for all authorized transactions on your Card
- You will safeguard your Card and PIN and not share them with others
Transaction Limits
Your Card is subject to daily and monthly transaction limits, which may include:
- Daily purchase limits
- Daily ATM withdrawal limits
- Monthly spending limits
- Per-transaction limits
Current limits are displayed in the Limited App. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with or without notice.
Fees
Fees associated with your Card are disclosed in the Fee Schedule available within the Limited App. These may include:
- ATM withdrawal fees (including third-party ATM operator fees)
- International transaction fees
- Card replacement fees
- Expedited shipping fees for replacement cards
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately through the Limited App or by contacting support at support@limitedapp.com.
You may freeze your Card instantly through the Limited App to prevent unauthorized transactions while you locate your Card or await a replacement.
Your liability for unauthorized transactions is limited as provided by applicable law and the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Regulation E), provided you notify us promptly.
Disputes and Error Resolution
If you believe there is an error or unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with Regulation E requirements.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Card privileges at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Use
- Account closure
- Regulatory or legal requirements
You may cancel your Card at any time by contacting us or through the Limited App. Cancellation does not affect your liability for transactions made prior to cancellation.
